To start off, this is not a place for inexpensive patio items. But, their prices are reasonable for the quality of what they are selling. We were greeted quickly after entering, and had all our hot tub/spa questions answered in great detail. Sale prices were very good, and we will likely go back to purchase. Huge showroom shows off what they sell. It was very nice to see things in person, and not in catalogs!

Billy is the best! So patient and knowledgeable but also shoots it straight. Everyone here is nice and helpful. We had some trouble with getting things going due to our inexperience and Garrett and Jennifer were there to save us and went above and beyond. We highly recommend and are super happy with our new spa.

A BIG shout out to some very special people from Family Leisure in Memphis, TN!!! Jennifer in parts and service, Amber in scheduling, Lucas and his installation crew. While writing this review, I don't know how to keep it brief, but I will try. My ordeal of what I thought was going to be a simple liner replacement in March, turned very bad for me. When the old liner was removed on my 10 yr old pool, some MAJOR rust issues were found. Even though I had a couple of options at what to do at this point, I chose to purchase a new pool wall, since everything else was in good shape. March and April, I was rescheduled 3 times due rain. My sand had to be completely dry in order for this job to be done. It never seemed it was going to happen. This past week May 6th thru 10th came dry weather and higher temps. PERFECT!!! But not only was it just me, that was waiting for the weather to be decent, other Family Leisure customers were waiting too. They were abundantly back logged and running behind. Amber provided absolute best customer service in trying to let my install date of May 11th still be a "go". Lucas and his crew, working very hard, sun burned and exhausted, said yes they would travel another hour to come get me done on the date I was promised. They arrived around 5:30pm and were done by 7:00 and were very professional, courteous, and nice. I even fed them pizza, gave them some cold water to drink, and even a bottle of Aloe Vera sunburn gel....lol. I am so appreciative of their dedicated work ethic and my pool looks GREAT!!!

Our salesman Mr. Billy was great. He went above and beyond to make our buying experience great. The scheduled date for installation was 2 months away which was understandable. The evening before installation the scheduler called to tell us they wouldn’t be there as scheduled due to being behind. Of corse I was hoping it would be installed but I understand. But then the second date they were suppose to come which was scheduled weeks from last failed installation date, they never showed. We got a confirmation call the day before but no one showed. We called multiple times with no answers to why. We were suppose to be called back to get answers but never did. The next day I called and called and spoke with scheduler who apologized but they could t come for 2 more days and would call back with conformation. No one called! They showed up to install and actually did a great job. I understand things coming up but you have to communicate with your customers. They lack communication skills and that is awful for business.we’re happy, the kids are happy, we finally have our pool!

I had an excellent customer service experience at this store. Jennifer from Family Leisure was very helpful with providing me information on the products and the pricing they had in the store while we communicated over the phone. That was very appreciated & saved me a trip while I considered my options. She went as far as sending me photos to help me decide. It’s nice to have someone so helpful when you’re negotiating making a purchase.

We absolutely love our spa! Jennifer is very helpful and knowledgeable . She went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. She provided excellent customer service. Thank you!

Great experience with excellent inventory and our sales representative, Louis, was outstanding!! We will always ask for him when we go back. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the inventory! 10/10 would buy from again!

Jennifer in the parts and service department was so helpful. We are soon to be pool owners and had lots of questions. She was very informative and patient. We will definitely be back!!

They told us about how to find the price and discounted price of the furniture we were looking for. They asked us to let them know if we had any questions. I love that!!! . I hate it when salespersons follow you around the store. We actually spent over $2,000.00 on patio furniture.

Outstanding sales person. Knowledgeable and great to deal with! Installation of pool table was flawless. Excellent followup service
