Family Place Roast Beef and Pizza

Really didn’t have no option but to give it 2 stars. Twice I’ve gone there & ordered a sub & twice gotten the same results, I ordered a steak & cheese with toppings like lettuce tomatoes etc. & since I got takeout I didn’t notice until I got home that not only did it not game any toppings but it looked like it had no cheese. Needless to say I wasn’t happy & I had also ordered a side of Mac & cheese & when I get home I realized that they were Mac & cheese bites which were bland & didn’t taste that good. The only thing they got right was the wings ,probably the last time I give them another chance 2 times is already too many to make a simple steak & cheese with some toppings.

One of the best bbq and buffalo wings that I have ever eat,I definitely would recommend this place for chicken wings and pizza

I ordered a cheeseburger dinner through Grubhub with onion rings, salad. I asked for medium well, no pink. That's exactly what I got; very juicy. Condiments on the side so I can add as much or little as I want. Good prepared quickly. My food was warm, with bag sealed tightly knowing it was safe. Definitely ordering from here again.

This place is awesome they know me really well and they are super kind, their food is delicious. I’m sad when I can’t get food from there . I love their Alfredo pasta, buffalo chicken wings, fries , and chicken fingers. My mouth waters when I think of there food . They also care for all of their costumers. I may be just a kid but I know that there food is great and I’m a really picky eater. I love u guys

I went into this place about 6 weeks ago for a quick salad. I have been back almost every day since. The salads are anything but ordinary, huge, delicious, packed with fresh veggies and marinated meat. They have many selections, but will customize. They are all very good. They are all about making their customers happy. I am now sampling the gourmets pizzas- delicious. I am looking forward to trying other items from the huge menu. Bonus- I have to add the couple that owns the place is really nice. I actually look forward to seeing them. They want to make their customers happy, and make sure that you leave happy and full - Lisa

I went online to place my order went through the process and gave my credit card information. At the end of placing my order they said your order has been placed in your food will be delivered and they charged my card. I got a phone call five minutes later from the Pizza Place stating that they had an emergency and they did not have any drivers. I said that that was their problem and they needed to figure out a way to get the food to me or I wanted my money back on the card ASAP. The man said that it was not his problem he also said what do you want me to do about it. I asked him if this is what he would consider poor business and he said no. The website should have been updated for today so no one could place deliveries. At the end of the phone call he said that I could call the credit card department to get my money put back on my card. I called the number he gave me and it was just a guy sitting at his house answering the phone. Never had the chance to try their food. But customer service absolutely was horrible. I recommend not to do any online orders with this company.

I have had visited this great pizzeria, I ‘ve tried their delicious pizza and steak sandwich it was great and the price was fair. Usually the customer service is wonderful and most importantly the owners they kept the place clean. Keep up the good job/food.

I ordered a roast beef dinner & baked haddock dinner. The haddock was outstanding. Roast beef was really good to, if a little rare for my husband's taste. Also ordered a hot dog for my pup and it was huge. The only complaint I would have is the meals did not come with the side salads the menu advertises.

The pizza is delicious and the salads are fantastic! I especially love the homemade pita bread that comes with them. The owners are also super friendly! I would definitely recommend if you are looking for a great pizza place in Saugus!

They have been closed for awhile now. Not sure they will reope, or when. I got a really good pizza from them and when I went back a week later they were closed
