Famous Footwear

I had the pleasure of interacting with an employee who I believe was named Sylvia. I watched her interact with a customer in the most kind and patient way and made a purchase just because of her. Amazing customer service, I left with a smile and you can count on my business from now on thanks to her!

They do have a lot to choose from, and the staff was really nice, but it seems like the building itself is having a difficult time staying relevant. Not sure if it's just me, but it seems like the prices are getting a little out of control for shoes. It seems like all the shoe stores have the same shoes these days too.

The manager Sylvia was extremely unprofessional and her employee Jose where so rude and very discriminationatory!! Besides singling use out after 10 seconds of walking in witch was fine, but he approached us again and made me feel uncomfortable and then kept staring so I brought it to the managers attention Sylvia and she was very snarky and rude so I left and the Jose guy followed us out and just stared laughing. And then as I'm filling out a complaint the girl Sylvia approached me apologized and then popped of an attitude.

This has got to be one of the worst shoe stores I’ve been into. There was nowhere to sit to try on shoes, the floor was filthy, and the staff were very rude. This is exactly why online shopping has become so popular.

Nice place to get shoes at a decent price! I'd like to see a more extended inventory for men in popular sizes tho!

I love this store they have so much but this time I didn't find anything and what I did find they didn't have my size. I have to say the customer service was still excellent I was greeted properly and they checked up on me periodically I think this was the first time I ever went into famous footwear and didn't walk out with a pair of shoes

I love this store and it is always my go to however my latest experience was awful. The employee working Associate:301155 made me feel so uncomfortable and was consistently rude. After I made my purchase I could not shake being so upset that I turned around a decided to return the boots and buy elsewhere. I asked her if she knew why I was returning them and she said “yep sure do.” I asked if she was possibly having a bad day and that she made me feel like she was taking it out on me. Her response was “there something to be said for customers who come in right before closing.” No apology, she then walked away leaned on pillar by door and started playing in her phone” When I worked retail it was a good thing to have BUISNESS right up to closing time and I would never ever of deliberately tried to be unkind to anyone who came into my store. I did not get her name and was to shaken to go back and ask. She has a tattoo on her calf and is petite with brown hair. My mom was with me and neither of us will be returning to that store.

I was able to get around the store looking for a nice and comfortable sandal I did find one but when I get home alone it didn't feel good so hard to take it back but they were so nice about it & they refunded my money with no problem and I'm still looking for a good sandal

Not crowded; although I wasn't able to find a shoe in the right size the staff was happy to order it for us. My sister also found a pair of shoes she was happy with. Would recommend!

The cashier was nice. They only had one and it was a little busy. The sales clerk was helpful as well.
