I had an exchange from my birthday and while I had a slip in the box it wasn't an actual receipt - but the staff quickly found the value and gave me a gift card for future purchases. The staff was quick and friendly, even while training a new team member. Will return when I'm ready to use my credit.
a pleasant experience. wife found some nice platform sandals for a little bit cheaper than the leading brand. I do recommend the leading brand in sandals as they are superior however some of the knockoff brands do get close & you will find most of them at famous footwear.
Something's changed at Famous Footwear, and it isn't good. I've been a loyal customer of Famous Footwear for decades, and I completely understand that some things have changed since the pandemic. First off, the website has changed, and not for the better. I've been happily ordering shoes from the Famous Footwear website for a decade or longer. When I shop, I like to select items I find attractive over several days of browsing. When I find something I like, I put it in my shopping cart. I like to gather items over several days or weeks into my online cart, and then I purchase when payday arrives. The Famous Footwear site now clears out your cart when you leave the website. How am I supposed to know what I wanted to buy, if the website keeps taking those items out of my cart? So, instead of shopping online, I decided to head to the store. However, the store was over stocked with too much merchandise crammed into a too-small store. Many shoe sizes were inaccessible due to being placed on very high shelves. I couldn't find an employee aside from one person operating the cash register, so my spouse found a tool for retrieving boxes on the top shelf and got me a pair of shoes in my size. The quality and price of the shoes was as expected good. But when I went to check out, I was informed that my "rewards" discounts can't be applied in the store, only online. I made my purchase anyway as I was tired at this point and just wanted to go home. I'm going to be returning my items today. I'm going to reorder my items online for a considerably lower price to be picked up at the store, and return my previous purchase at that time. The whole reason why I went to the store is because the shopping cart feature on their website would not hold items more than a single viewing/shopping session. I don't have time to just plow through the website in one sitting, and will shop causally by tossing items in my cart for later purchase. I'm never upset when an item I placed in my cart is no longer available, I understand that "you snooze, you lose." Especially when dealing with discounters like Famous Footwear. But when they clear out my entire cart every time I use the site, it's like all that work I put in to make my selections has been for nothing. Anyway, Something is happening at Famous Footwear, and it's not working for me. I'm going to visit Shoe Mill and DSW today to see if I can find a new source for bargain shoe shopping. Famous Footwear's shopping experience has gotten too frustrating to make the savings worth it.
so i walk in to famous footwear with my sister looking to get some new shoes for my first day of college. we start looking around at some shoes when one of the workers comes up stares at us then asks if we are finding everything alright we say yes and continue to look we keep noticing that she is staring at us and following us around the store and as having social anxiety already i felt very very uncomfortable i just wanted to get some shoes for the first day of school and i felt so uncomfortable from the staring and being followed around the store and the lady coming up to me very closely we left the store from that experience i will never be coming back and i recommend you check on your employee at that store it was an older lady with short hair i have added a picture i don’t know if she profiled us because we were teens or what but i will never come back after this
Okay place. Decent selection of footwear, but nothing too crazy awesome, and no major savings to speak of.
I bought a pair of boots here, and unfortunately they started to hurt my feet very quickly. I went back to the store, and Jeremy the assistant manager was very helpful, cordial, and kind with aiding me in exchanging them for a larger pair.
Great place and big .good people working there
Always a pleasure shopping here! Jocilyn was super friendly and helpful. They didn't have my size in stock so she special ordered it straight to my house with free shipping. Thanks again, girl!
The lone cashier there at Clackamas Town Center was great. Very personable and helpful.
They were the only place to find Crocs Jibbitz in store. The staff was very helpful in finding us what we needed.
