Famous Hair

I have boycotted this place for years due to rude employees and bad service. But I desperately needed a hair cut and no one else could fit me in. On this visit I Was greeted immediately by a pleasant smiling employee and had a minimal wait. Shawn did my hair and he was fantastic. He listened to exactly what I wanted, took his time and offered suggestions to make my Doo perfect. I give Shawn 5 stars!

Laziest slowest group of people I've ever had the displeasure of seeing. I've gone there several times with few to no customers there and nearly every chair empty and was told to wait. So I sat and waited and waited. The staff was in the back doing who knows what. I finally left. This has happened every time I've been there. I would recommend Awesome located near ruff creek one exit down. Totally different experience.

I don't like to negatively review businesses...but I have come here for years..brought my daughter and now my son I called and asked if someone was there to cut toddler hair they said yes..I asked when I should come..they said a few on list..and didn't put me on a list..so I get there with my two year old..two people waiting. A group of three came in for cut and colors..and because they called..they got put in front of three waiting customers. I am all done. I would rather go to a salon who treats all the same than to take second because a hair color brings more money than a toddler cut.

Went in for a wash, cut, style today. They weren't busy so I waited. I watched 3 separate stylists finish up, clean their stations, and walk into the back rather than call me back. They had only been open for two hours so I seriously doubt that they were all on break. I was very upset and insulted. I'm not a difficult cut, just a trim and even out the bangs, so why would I be left sitting? I'm a generous tipper. They missed out and will also never get our business again.

Really a pleasant experience. I was not sure what I wanted the hairdresser (Jerri) to do with my hair. She took her time assessing and suggesting before she even started cutting. I love the cut and I am so happy I will not entertain the thought of going anyplace else.
