Travis came out and hung a fan on a 21' foot ceiling in a very tight area in less than 45 minutes and it was by far the lowest quote I received. He and his partner worked super efficient and did a fantastic job.
Brian & Travis are the best, most knowledgeable, & competent fan sales & repair guys you will find anywhere!! I also have to say that most people who are this good at their job these days are not that customer service oriented because they can get away with it--NOT Fan Doctor, they are polite & most importantly do what they say they're going to do....all while charging a fair & reasonable price. Brian helped me out with what seemed like an impossible issue, we had a beautiful fan at our new house that didn’t work at all, the previous owners never left the remote and had done some weird wiring. Fan doctor found a slightly used remote and receiver, and it wasn’t cheap, but it worked awesome, a beautiful but useful fan became an amazing and very cooling fan!
Our very old ceiling fan failed. After a futile search to replace it, we were referred to the Fan Doctor! In one week the fan was repaired, and it is like new. Thanks!
My living room ceiling fan recently called it quits so it needed to be replaced. I stopped by the shop and talked to Brian & Travis about getting a new fan. Showed me one I really liked and ordered it. One of their techs were even able to come out to my house and install the fan. Everyone was so helpful and knowledgeable about every step of the way. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.
I purchased 3 ceiling fans from Fan Doctor and had them installed on Thursday, June 16th. Travis arrived and he had a terrible mold odor on him. I confronted him and he said that he had an issue with his truck but thought it was resolved. I had to spray room deodorizer the entire 3 hours he was here. I thought after he left the odor would leave with him. I came home from work and it smelled of mold in my house. I ended up mopping the entire floor with Clorox. I returned from work and it still smelled of mold. I mopped the floor again. I was deahly sick the entire night. I almost could not go to work on Friday. I came home at 9am and mopped the floors 2 more times. I came back at 2pm and disinfected the 3new fans. Then I open all day of my windows, kept the air conditioning on and kept the fan on. I left without being able to set my security alarm. It will be off until 9pm. I returned at 5pm and the mold smell was still there. The windows are still open with the alarm off. I called and spoke to Yvette and told her my issue. She never returned my call. I was hoping Travis, Brian or Yvette would have offered help and compensation for all your of my efforts. No return calls and they are closed until Monday. I am very dissatisfied. I will notify the BBB and any other organization that can help resolve this issue.
Awesome little fan and lighting shop, they mostly had a unique assortment of fans but they do repairs and service here. This being i said, they helped me do a quick troubleshoot of my fan, didnt charge me and even offered more suggestions. Not many other businesses have this kind of customer service and support please stop by if you need anything fan related they will definetly take care of you!
Great guys and super knowledgeable! We have an expensive fan we didn’t want to replace. FanDoctor came out and diagnosed the problem as a bad flywheel…. Who knew…. Within 1/2 an hour after the fan was running perfect again. Highly recommend these guys!
Yesterday I had a Fanimation fan repair in this particular store, and the service I received was fantastic! This store is located about 32 miles from my home but if I ever need their services gain I will call them for sure, great service, great price and the repairs were done in 15 minutes.
Our second time to purchase from Fan Doctor. We are pleased with the quality and huge selection of fans plus their excellent installation. This time we purchases two fans fo our Az. room. Watching them finish I said perfect and he said no we will be back as there is a vibration and it has to be corrected. Sure could not tell until he showed me They will be back tomorrow. Best place for customer service and employees are articulate and courteous. Would not go anywhere else.
