Story

Owned by both the physicians and staff members, we collectively strive to create an environment that is conducive to providing personalized, patient-centered health care.

The clinic has 12 primary care internal medicine providers and offers specialty care in dermatology, gastroenterology, podiatry, cardiology, rheumatology, and mental health. For our patients’ convenience, we also have available on-site laboratory, radiology, ultrasound, and echocardiology services.

Dedicated to providing new and innovative treatment options for our patients, Fanno Creek Clinic has been involved with clinical trials and research for a number of years. New and successful treatment options have been presented to hundreds of Fanno Creek Clinic patients ranging from bronchitis to blood pressure, from depression to diabetes, and from HIV to herpes.
