I called as soon as they opened at 9am and wanted to see how busy they were. I spoke to a kind lady on the phone that said coming around 1230 would work better. I made an appointment and arrived a bit earlier.. there wasn't many people around and to my surprise the owner Lee, helped me out within less than 5 mins. She was so kind and patient. She went over the dos and don't of my hair and hair type and ultimately what I wanted done. She took her time to wash and cut my hair. Initially I thought I needed to thin my hair out but she gave me really good advice. I now know why they have the best reviews because they are so attentive to one's needs!Service: Haircut

I've been going to this location for the past couple years as it's close to my work, so I'll make a visit either during lunch or on my way home from work. The people are always friendly and inviting and generally do a good job. The reason for the lower rating and review is that the past two times I've been here, on both occasions, the stylists did not listen to my instructions and as we know, once hair is cut, it's gone. The first of these two times, I told my stylist not to clean my sideburns, but she went ahead and did it anyway. With the most recent stylist today, not only did she clean my sideburns, but she also cut the front the same length as the top, when I specifically told her to leave it a little bit longer. I'm not telling readers of this review to not come or to stop coming here, but just want to stress to them to try to be as clear with your instructions as possible. I'm hoping someone who works at this location will see and share this review with others there so that everyone is more attentive when listening to what their customers request.

I will never go there again the person who did my hair Ariel gave me a root perm which i have had done many times before w/no problems well it didn't take at all. I called her a week later to inform her and she agreed to take care of it when she comes back from vacation and now she and the owner are not honoring their word, they had me on hold for over 5 minutes and I could hear laughing in the background, I finally hung up and called back and they are acting non chalant about this. The management and Ariel are worthless and unprofessional!!!! So sad I thought she was going to be someone that I could continue going to, but now I see how she handles her clients. Very unfortunate, sad and very unprofessional.Service: Perms

I had not been there for a while and was not sure if my normal hair stylist was there. I get nervous because I have curly hair and it has to be cut dry and properly so you don't look like a poodle. The hair stylist Marisela C did an awesome job and definitely knew how to cut curly hair. When she asked me if I wanted long layers or shorter layers more defined. I wasn't sure what the difference was and she took the time to explain exactly what the difference was so I got exactly the haircut that I wanted. The pictures are my beginning what I look like before the cut and then after.

Our favorite salon to go to! All the staff is super friendly and welcoming, can't speak highly enough! Services never disappoint Keep up the Amazing work!
