I hate keeping hair appointments and spending so much on my hair. But, these places can be hit or miss. This experience was great. Was in and out in 30. Wash n cut was professional and so relaxing I nearly fell asleep! Bonus: Amber used a chemical and cruelty free shampoo and cond. when I expressed I use one at home. I bought some mostly due to her sales manner. Thanks!

Asked if the person scheduled to take care of my daughter 10 years old, not eligible for the vaccine was vaccinated and they would not tell me. Totally unacceptable for a business in sustained close contact with customers during a surge. Obviously cancelled the appointment.

Megan took me in very quickly without an appointment. Gave me exactly what I wanted. For an older store it is remarkably clean and updated.
