I had an amazing and efficient experience. Less than 20min. Clean shop, respectful staff. I wish I had got the gentleman’s name that inspected my vehicle. I did however get his pups name, Ava. These guys are awesome. Fair and honest, will shoot you straight and not try to sell you extra repairs. Clear upfront pricing, and quick with jobs. I’ll be back for regular maintenance and safeties.
They're good about getting you in and out in good time for your safety inspection, unlike many dealers that try to get you to drop $$ in their service department for blinker fluid top up and floor mat alignment... They do accept plastic now with added fee.
Service engine light on. This is a periodic BMW "guidance light". Light didn't clear following normal procedures. Eric took a personal hand in diagnosing the problem. It took a while ,however the issue was resolved in timely manner. Charges were very reasonable. Highly professional experienced mechanics. Elaine who does the safety inspections is the rudest person I’ve ever met! We needed to do 2 safety inspections due to having our vehicle shipped from a different state. Each time we went she was very snappy with us and really shouldn’t be working with the public if she’s going to be treating people like this. Firstly I felt like the entire staff was upfront and honest. You know that's the biggest concern when you go to a repair shop. Can't complement the mechanic enough. They were friendly and showed me all of the work they did to my car plus gave me advice about how to keep it from going back to the shop. Price was fair and manager was honest. If my car breaks again I will definitely be a repeat customer.
Went in for a safety and the woman is like stone cold. Super blunt and direct. Pretty horrible customer service. She makes you wear a mask in your car? What’s the point of that? She got the job down but just not the most friendliest place you want to be.
I went to get my safety check yesterday 07.16.19. They were very nice to me and helped me with all the information that I needed to get my car registered. I had very little knowledge of the process. They are kind,fast and very friendly. The lady from the office she was sooo nice and even wrote down the information that I needed . The gentleman who did my safety check he was the nicest person I could have asked for we engaged in a small talk and he was so friendly . Overall a great experience the shop is clean ,lots of parking they got me in and out in about 15 minutes no hassle and no pressure. Thank you so much for the great quality service I was provided.
