So I wanted to start off by saying this is the second time I entered into this hair salon. I used to go to a salon in New York but here is super expensive more than my NY salon. I did a keratin treatment for my hair and trimming with Kim. She did a beautiful job but the price I basically paid for the amount of there bottle of keratin when I could have paid for the bottle and did it at home. I just wanted it professionally done. Two when I entered I asked the price of the keratin and trimming the gentleman told me I do not know until she does your hair. I was like okay fine but I did not want to be a Karen because they do a great job it is just toooo tooo expensive for my taste. Save your money and go somewhere where they will tell you the amount before they touch your hair. Then waiting 5 hours for your hair to be done… it’s not worth it.Service: Hairstyling

This place is the worst salon ever. The lady who was going to do my hair don’t speak english so I had to tell the other lady that I just want a trim of about 3 inches and maybe color my hair. All the miscommunication about the color is just taking too long so I finally decided to just do a haircut. Finally when I was already sitting down, she asked held her finger about 3 inches shorter of my hair and I said that’s fine. Turns out, she cut about 5-6 inches! My long hair is now shoulder length 1 inch shorter and it’s already considered a short hair! I had to google the translation that ‘this is shorter than what I said’ and she just brushed me off. No manager was there and most people don’t speak english so it won’t even make sense for me to complain. Do no go to this place!!!!

As a certified cosmetologist, I would NOT recommend this place for a very strong reason. Let me start from the beginning. I spoke to a lady in the salon for Waxing and Facial. Since I have an excess oily skin I prefer to know what products will be used on my face. I was told Christine Valmybrand one of her product for oily skin will be used. Everything was good till the waxing part. When the facial part came after the cleansing and toning lotion, the cream was applied and the massage was given for 5 mins. The smell of the cream was very familiar to me, it was Queen Helen cucumbers cream, however I wanted to be 100% sure. I was left to take steam and the lady left the room after about 10 mins, she did not return, so I decided not to burn my face under the steam for a longer period and that time I saw Queen Helena cream kept near the steamer, so I spoke to the lady and the manager, who were speechless when asked WHY. Obviously, they did not have any answer. I had sure to pay for the waxing, however they did not even have courtesy to waive it. To me it was completely CHEATING AND BREAKING CUSTOMER TRUST, showing a different product and applying completely different product and left the customer under steamer unattended for the long time. Very unprofessional and CHEATER SALON Please don’t go by just by rating 4.2 read every review

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE THIS PLACE! I have been going here for years now and I only go to Sai! Sai is amazing! She is so attentive to her customers. I love the fact that she takes her time while providing a service to you. The BEST customer service by far! I get my mani/pedi, facials, eyebrows and eyelashes done by Sai. If you are ever looking for a Spa like service at an affordable price go to Fantasy Beauty Salon and ask for Sai!

They Asian woman that works there does great eyebrows!! but the Hispanic lady destroys them do not ever let her do your eyebrows then she tried to cover her horrible mess with an eyebrow pencil!!

Inez gave me a GREAT cut & color! I will DEFINITELY be going back here to see her!

Reasonable and fair prices, just make sure to bring cash because there is a service fee for cards. 7%. theres parking across the street, thats a big plus since street parking is hard to find.

They do a good job. Only problem is I dont speak spanish so there is a bit of a language barrier. Aside for that. Great.

Marie is the best...i love her she's the only person touches my hair...
