Fantasy Pet Grooming Boarding & Daycare

Fantasy Pet Grooming exceeded my expectations. This was our first time going to the groomers and it was very simple to set up an appointment via phone call. They were very friendly and I was able to drop off and pick up in less than 2 hours. Melissa was so kind and knowledgeable about the grooming process and my baby Kobe warmed up to her quickly. She did an amazing job! I highly recommend supporting this locally owned business for all of your pet’s needs!

Great experience check in went smoothly and the groomer came out to greet my very shy shihtzu which made her more comfortable. I thought I would have lines for check in and out for being a Saturday but everything was fast and efficient. My doggie will definitely be returning for her grooming!

This was my dogs first time here, and I will definitely be coming back. The establishment was clean and the employees were all very nice. My dog was well taken care of and the cut was so nicely done. I can tell the groomer took their time with her. I also liked the fact they let me pick her up when she was finished. A lot of places only let you pick them up at the end of the day. I recommend this place 100%!

Amazing 1st time experience. The way they handle everything from paper work to drop off and talking to the groomer was very pleasant. My pup looks like a million bucks. Great customer service.

Myself and my wife were very impressed with Fantasy PetGrooming. From reading the owners bio and seeing all the photos. I got a very good feeling about taking my two toy poodles for grooming here. We normally groom our own fur babies, but we are getting older and have a difficult time doing this anymore. I am for certain we have found a new home base for grooming our babies. I am very selective in who I allow to service my animals. However, I absolutely love this boarding and grooming facility. The owner is so nice and so are his staff. I had my pets groomed here once and the experience was magical! They even gave us free treats and a welcome bag. I will begin traveling more soon and hope to utilize their facility for boarding. I live in Sienna, so the drive is very convenient. The prices are also more than fair. I hope the facility expands so it can take more customers and make booking an appointment easier and more convenient. The facility is very popular, so I understand why booking an appointment is challenging. I hope to use their services FOREVER! I love this facility and it’s staff! It was so great! Customer service was really nice, they cared so much about my dogs and my dogs didn’t seem scared when I picked them up. They are so clean and nicely groomed, I couldn’t ask for more. I’m so glad I found this place, will definitely go back!

Too difficult and time consuming to make a first-time appointment, which was going to require emails and multiple phone calls. I begged the guy to allow me to make the appointment in a different way, and he was inflexible. Too frustrating for me. This was the second time this business order expressed his lack of concern about his customers' time. The first time, I took my dog to his business with shot records for daycare, at which point I was told that they do not offer daycare due to staffing shortages. While I understand that problem, he needs to alter his website so it is current. The same could be true for this issue. Put the information online, but he doesn't seem to care about anyone else's time. He believes that he is always right. So he belittles clients and potential customers and then lies to justify his behavior, which is his way of dealing with disputes.

We love Fantasy Pet! Our dogs have been going there for boarding for about 1.5-2 years. They are never scared or nervous when we pull into the parking lot — we know they are well loved while we are gone! We enjoy having the webcam to check in on them when we are gone for multiple days. Thank you to the staff for their amazing service!

The facility is clean and they did do a good job with our puppies haircut. However, the customer service from the time we dropped her off to when we picked her up was not up to par. Our bernedoodle puppy has had a puppy groom previously and has had scissor cuts at home. So while she doesn’t have the perfect haircut, she is well-groomed and clean. However, the first thing the person that came to get her said was that her haircut is terrible and they do not know if there is anything they can do for her. That is an unacceptable way to speak to a customer. Additionally, we booked an appointment for 10am and they didn’t finish until 330pm - that is about 5 and half hours. Despite having an appointment, we offered to bring her back so she doesn’t have to wait - they said no. Though we love the haircut - the customer service was not acceptable.
