Fantasyland

I went in for a decent lighter. Came out with several items!! THAT I ABSOLUTELY LOVE ALREADY!! Michelle was knowledgeable, friendly, and funny. I enjoyed visiting with her while I perused the HUGE selection they have! If you want it, they probably have it!! : I can't wait to go back again!! Thanks you guys for making my boring errands trip fun and interesting!!

I had the most amazing experience at Fantasyland! Michelle and Alan were so super helpful with my "special needs". They were so experienced and provided me with all the info I needed. I highly recommend Fantasyland. They're 24 hours and have such a huge inventory. And exceptionally clean.

Michelle and sol were so great at showing me how the smoke pieces worked and were so kind and patient with. I definitely recommend this place. : great customer service.

A fun and welcoming place for femmes of all kinds. While I occasionally don't find what I want in the arcade, I always enjoy my time here. The shop is well-stocked and staff are friendly and helpful.

As a longtime patron of Fantasy Land, it's disheartening to find myself writing a review like this. Unfortunately, recent interactions with an employee named Mercedes have consistently soured my visits. Mercedes’ demeanor is often dismissive and unengaged, which starkly contrasts with the welcoming vibe I used to love about this place. I've reached a point where I feel the need to check who's working before I visit. Honestly, if Mercedes is there, I'm more likely to stay away. It’s uncomfortable and not the experience you’d expect at a store that's supposed to be about fun and positivity. Additionally, troubling rumors about her personal associations have made me question the standards for employee selection here. I suggest that Fantasy Land reevaluates its staff training and hiring criteria. Investing in a team that upholds the store's standards of customer service and professionalism could restore the inviting atmosphere that seems to be dwindling. I really hope to see changes that will allow me to confidently return and recommend this place once more, but as it stands, my enthusiasm has significantly waned. --

The people at this place play it's opened up its really friendly that's not dirty it's very clean the rooms in the back are wonderful you don't feel all creeped out when you go in I would recommend this to anybody
