Fargo High Rise Senior Center

I lived at the High Rise for a little under two years. Within that time frame, the land lord REFUSED to lower my rent for 8 months when my income had dropped. I couldn't pay rent and was nearly evicted almost every month for 2016 because of that. Even after the problem was resolved, the land lord entered my apartment to do an inspection three days later than she had stated in a written letter to me. Inspections without a stated, cemented date is illegal and unfair to tenants. I decided to appeal my eviction near the end of 2016 and the "disinterested third party" that was there still agreed with the High Rise's decision to evict me based on the state of my apartment. I was given the opportunity to clean further, and even when more than half of my apartment was cleaned, I still failed the evaluation and was evicted anyway. DO NOT move into the High Rise. The only good parts about it are the view outside, and the end apartments which are much bigger than the apartments lining the hallways. The landlord deserves to be fired and anyone who's had an unfair experience involving her should be compensated.

It's home the place is nice and the people are interesting

Meh. 😕 This property is livable, but, plagued with problems. Some of the views are nice though.
