Called from a dealership to get insurance ID car for one of the client. Could not contact the staff. called different agent until they connected me; try to explain the problem that it took me so long to find the right person. Some one whose name was Perianka or Brianka with a very unprofessional behavior and careless attitude answer call. I was no wondering why the people prefer to pay more for Gieco and AAA and does not want to pay for you. Is there any manger ?? who listen to call and find out how the staff treat the customer. I feel sorry for the farmers insurance.
