FarWest Landscape & Garden Center

We have a small problematic area in our very small back yard. I met with Lindsay Reynolds fall of 2017 to plan a spring 2018 upgrade - including removing or moving old plant material, amending soil, new plant material, soaker sprinkler line and mulch. She contacted me late winter 2018 to verify our plan, and got me on their very busy schedule for April 2018. She is really knowledgeable about plant materials and kept in mind my ideas and desires. Right on time, Lindsay and her crew, Jose and Martin arrived for our project. Jose and Martin are hard workers and very skilled at what they do. They completed our project, absolutely beautiful, and left our area pristine and completely cleaned up. I have used Far West for many years and will continue to use them for my gardening projects. Excellent work and great people to work with. Pricing is very reasonable.

I usually go to Zamzows for my plants, but decided to try Far West this year. What a mistake! The man that helped my after me standing around 1.5 hours, all he wanted to do is get me out of there. Then I was pushed aside in line a couple times, only to be treated by DIRT from one of the cashiers. I'll NEVER go back and have discouraged the rest of my family to avoid this place. Both Cloverdale and Zamzows would be much better options.

They do not honor their 90 day plant warranty. I will never shop at this establishment again.

Best costumer service and everyone is so knowledgeable! We’re always very happy when we leave farwest!:)

I had a very frustrating experience (could get no return phone calls) had to leave negative feedback everywhere, finally manager Bill Jacobs called me. He was helpful and took care of my problem. I think Bill is aware of some system problems at Far West, but proceed with caution if you hire any landscape work from Far West. They have good product and know what they are doing, but have customer service issues.
