One of the arms on my eye glasses had come loose a few days ago. Epoxy would not hold so we needed a more permanent fix. Fast Fix was recommended to us and they did a wonderful job! The price was very reasonable and the glasses look almost new. Would use them again!
Robert is wonderful at his craft! I wanted to have my ring repurposed into something I could wear on a daily purpose, and have something less bulky. Robert and Wendy were so professional, and made it easy to pick out a new mount. Robert did a beautiful job on getting my stones from my old ring all set into my new ring, and now I have something that I can wear on a regular basis. I am so pleased! I would definitely recommend Robert for any future jewelry projects you have.
The watch maker here took amazing care of me and my watch. I'm very appreciative and would recommend him to anyone. Amazing
Awesome service! Fixed my chain like new and a great price!
Integrity! I was so pleasantly surprised when I took my Seiko watch to them for a battery Dec 2018. Thought I'd bought a battery with a warranty in the past but I couldn't find any evidence of the purchase. I found that I'd bought a warranty battery on another watch though. I dropped the watch off and requested a lifetime battery. I went to work at another store in the Mall and a couple hours later, they brought my Seiko to me at work and told me that I'd bought the lifetime battery long ago. So no charge for the battery! They could have charged me another $35 an I wouldn't have known that I'd paid in the past. The least I can do is let other's know of their integrity.
Twice now, the kind sirs at Fast Fix Jewelry Repair in Clackamas Town Center have taken on projects where the metal of my jewelry was in question, and they have still managed to repair it perfectly AND at a 1/4 of the turn around time as any more traditional place. It seems like most jewelry repair places are more interested in giving attention to high end, costly jewelry repair-- my sentimental jewelry was turned away as not worth their attention. At Fast Fix, I brought in a ring that was a gift and completely irreplaceable to me, they were the only ones who would take it on, and they fixed it for me. Next, a necklace urn that carried my loved ones ash remains in it was broken... they were willing to rework the metal to keep it from coming off the chain and return it to me better than new. Trust me, when I or my friends have high end jewelry repairs that do need doing, this Fast Fix will have my business because they cared enough to be REAL professionals, interested in helping, not just making a buck or acting pretentious. My sister is bringing them a watch that was a gift 20 years ago, that no one else will take the time to get running again because they take one look at it and say "just buy another watch." Having a jeweler that understands the sentimental value of pieces beyond their cash value is exactly what I have found with these great folks. These guys are the real deal.
I would encourage anyone that needs exceptional jewelry repair done to get a quote from Robert and his team. You will not find a more talented bench jeweler and stone setter in the Portland area. I frequently take important projects to Robert, and he is always brilliant! It is also true that these gentlemen will never make you feel small, if you have something purely sentimental that needs their attention. They are kind, talented people, and they should get an award for having to deal with the sometimes-challenging mall crowd! Remember, even if he happens to be helping you with a watch battery, a jeweler is an artist.
I received the worst customer service of my life at this kiosk. I had a coworker recommend them & she said she had 3 watch batteries replaced here & that whoever helped her took the time to polish the watch before it was done. Based on this good experience of someone I know, I decided to take my Joe Rodeo watch for a new battery & a replacement glass face because there was a small chip in it. I dropped my watch off on a Friday & the gentleman who helped me was very polite, he looked for the pieces, verified that he had them & said my watch would be ready in approx. 2 hours. I paid him $65 which I thought was very reasonable. I returned the next day in the evening, over 24 hours later & there were 2 different men working & I was told by one that my watch was not ready & they had to order parts. I told them that didn’t sound right because the first guy checked for the parts, but they said it was a mistake & the parts were on order & it would be done on Friday. 2 hours turned into a week, but I understand that mistakes can be made so I waited. Friday rolls around & I go to grab my watch on my lunch break & I am told the parts are not in yet. No apology, no customer service skills. I was very polite, I told the gentleman that I had spoke with him the week before & he told me to come today & at this point, I would just like to get my watch and my money back. If someone would have called me with the first issue, that would have been great but the lack of communication with my watch worth thousands of dollars really was unacceptable. The man behind the counter at that point gave me a snooty “okayyyyy” & refunded my money, then took my watch, in pieces & poured it out of the plastic bag they had it in onto the counter then turned away. At this point I was really in disbelief at this horrible service & I told him this is not how I left my watch & I need it back in one piece. They other worker, a long-haired gentleman listening the whole time, then came over, didn’t say anything, scoffed like my watch was trash & put It back together. To add injury to insult, when I got back to work & had a chance to examine the watch, the glass I had it there to replace was further chipped. It went from a small, almost non-noticeable chip to a sizeable chunk. My advice would be to stay far-far away from these
So very happy with the service I received! I have a Michele watch and not all places are equipped to replace the battery in a Michele. This place is! So he replaced the battery in May of 2018 and in February of 2019 I needed a new one again and he replaced it for free because it had a one year guarantee. He even had the record of when it had been replaced before, I didn’t even have to show a receipt. Great job, very appreciated, thank you so much!!!
