If the lady at the front desk wouldn't be so rude, just because people are coming in an hour before they close, and talking about people which is Very unprofessional.
The service was decent and quick on the day I went but I called to speak with the doctor several times regarding my medicine and my condition the week following. Either no one gave the message to the doctor or she chose not to return my call which either way shows poor customer service.
Staff is attentive, patient, knowledgeable and kind! Will definitely recommend!
Everyone was friendly and helpful. I got right in and out. I came back a second time for a recheck with the same results. The staff were very helpful.
Front desk is not very personable and acts like she is bothered by your presence. Once I was placed in a room, I received much better customer service. The nurse was a sweetheart and the nurse practitioner was also pleasant. I would look into placing someone friendlier at the front.
The medical care was excellent...fast and thorough. But i had a covid test done as a precaution, and 9 days and 4 phone calls later I am still waiting for results! UPDATE...after another phone call from me I was finally told my test was negative. The receptionist is busy, I know, but she could be a little nicer.
