FAST SIGNS GIVE ME TERRIBLE SERVICE MY SIGN WAS ALL WRONG PHONE NUMBER WAS WRONG BUSINESS NAME WAS WRONG AND THEY WANTED ME TO PAY TO FIX THERE MESS UP I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE AGAIN OR REFER TO ANYONE TO PROVE HOW THIS COMPANY IS NOT TELLING THE TRUHT IHAVE A SCREEN SHOT OF THE EMAIL I SENT THEM SHOWING WHAT BUSINESS NAME PHONE NUMBER AND SERVICES SHOULD HAVE BEEN ON THE SIGN ILL UPLOAD THE EMAIL LATER

She checked and double check the order, measured twice, walked the premise, double checked pricing no surprises, check installation, and followed-up on my tic-sheet to make sure we had everything in place. READ BEFORE YOU SIGN YOUR ESTIMATE! This store will not show you what your sign will look like unless you agree to pay for it. I wanted to see a proof before I agreed to anything and she said that I need to sign the estimate first. Confused, I signed the estimate and once I received the proof, I didn't like it. I figured that would be the end of that but I had to pay a cancellation fee on an order that I didn't like. The price was great but it looked terrible. I asked for something different, they didn't have it in stock so I went with another company. Overall, my experience was terrible. She said there was no budging and that was there policy. Very. Frustrating.
WE had an excellent customer service experience, great quality product, and a quick turnaround! They live up to their name! Fast Signs indeed. :-
Working with FastSigns was such an easy process! We made 2 changes to the layout and the banner was completed quickly and ready for pick-up when promised.
