Love the brand but found the staff at this store not overly helpful. Purchased a few items, including an airlie for my husband on the sale rail advertising at 50% off however charged full price, on questioning staff member, she stated if not marked up not on sale! Advised her there was plenty other items the same on this rail, but again grumpy staff member stated incorrectly placed there Happy to pay full price, however attitude of staff wasn't great. And felt a little disappointed considering the amount we spend in fat face.

I wouldn’t normally leave a review on a quick stop in shop however.. the staff were just so fun and kind it made it a rememberable stop. They where so friendly and nice!! thank you

Never have anything in stock. The website is a complete waste of time - 10 days for delivery, no express delivery option due to 'high demand' and no click and collect option, again due to high demand. Surely it is at times like these that you pay extra to get your goods delivered faster or go into the shop and pick them up? If FatFace can't be bothered to make the effort to make the goods available then I will shop somewhere else.

The gents section is so small and no sale area. Staff were lovely, but can you do something about getting reasonable stock for the gents section!

Not only is this a great shop with really lovely clothes me and hubby are addicted to their socks, but the staff are amazing, so friendly and still professional. Every time I go I come out smiling, really well done!

Excellent Fat Face store Staff were super helpful and friendly Has a full range of Fat Face clothes and accessories. When we went there was a good sale on so bagged a few bargains Location is good and in a nice area

Needs some new ideas, especially in the men's shop. Needless to say, didn't buy anything.
