I retained Mr. Fausto in a custody battle. Our court dates kept getting pushed back until one day I noticed that my niece wasn't in school. After leaving a vm for Nick he was able to confirm that we had a court date that he for one reason or another never informed me of. After months of our court date being pushed back we lost our custody battle for failure to appear. Mr. Fausto claimed he would get things straightened out and refiled but then began to avoid my calls and voicemails. Having only dealings with myself and never my husband, my husband had to call inquiring about retaining him as a new client in order to get a call back from him. At that point in time Nick claimed that we were unlikely to win custody due to the amount of time that had past since my niece wasn't in my custody a year of which was spent in court dates being pushed back- which I believed was partially his fault, believing that an agreement could be reached outside of court but why wasn't this expressed to us in the beginning. He really sold us a dream, of a lawyer who would go to bat for us, and in the end we ended up not only out of $3,500, but most importantly custody, and all without ever being seen in front of a judge!!!!

Left court earlier today, case dismissed. This man prevented my crazy ex girlfriend baby mother from pressing false criminal harassment charges on me. The truth is, a bad lawyer and for him to give you a paper or something legal it takes a long time.
