Great selection of tea here. You can sample some tea there too. The staff are very helpful to make sure you get the tea you want. They have maybe more than 50 different blends of tea!

Been looking for a place that sells lose leaf tea for some time. Stopped in here and was greater by some of the most lovely and helpful ladies. Everything was explained very well. It felt like a company that takes pride in their products and makes sure you know how properly prepare your teas for the best flavors. They don't assume you know what your doing and they don't belittle you or talk down to you if you do. It is very friendly environment. I left feeling like I made a friend that I hope to visit again soon

Fava Tea has an extensive selection of teas at competitive prices. The Greenfield store is spacious and inviting. The staff is helpful and friendly, but never pushy. I love that I can walk into the store, take my time to explore the selection, and even try a sample or two without feeling pressured. I will usually buy 2 ounces of 2-3 different types of tea when I visit, and I always look forward to trying something new the next time!

Love, love the teas! They are super friendly and helpful! They have an excellent variety of tea, and samples to try. The newsletter via email is a great tool to have to discover new teas. Sometimes the owner will reach out and suggest a new tea based off what you have purchased, and if you respond back to him, he will respond to you as well! It's a nice feeling that you are not just a number in the business. They make you feel very welcome there! Black tea-Favas winter blend! All the ingredients are listed and if not, just ask.

I used to shop at Teavana but then I found Fava Tea Company and it all changed. The service and the store and the tea are fantastic. I only buy my tea from here now as it is always high quality and the price is far more reasonable. Oh, and have I mentioned the selection? It is incredible. I seem to find a new favorite every time I’m here. Check out the seasonal blends for a real treat. The Maple French Toast is outstanding!! Please, check this place out, you will not be disappointed.

I love going into this place, they have a large selection of teas regular and herbal. They also have a tins, cups, travel mugs, etc. Check them out, local business worth spending your money in. Their clerks will help you select the correct tea. If you are new to the store, there is a process system they have for looking and smelling the teas they have in stock. The staff will help you, if they are helping other customers, please don't be impatient. Their help is worth the wait.

I received the Wellness bundle for Christmas that came with 6 different tea packets and a nifty infuser and I absolutely loved this gift! I came back for more a couple times already! I even placed an order online for quick pick up although it would be more fun to spend time in the store sampling. The staff is very friendly too. I am hooked!

This tea company is filled with people who truly care about tea, their customers, and bringing smiles to folks' faces! I have not been inside their store, but I've shopped at their store online, and I truly felt like I was an appreciated customer! I was browsing their store online and saw a tea called Peanut Butter Kiss Cookie - I put it in my cart, but during the evening time, after work, when I went to buy it, it was out of stock!! I sent them an email asking when it would come back in stock, but I honestly wasn't sure when they'd respond, so I placed a tea order without the Peanut Butter tea. But to my surprise, they got back to me!! They told me that there was a little more Peanut Butter tea left, and would I like to add it to my order? They even called me to let me know about it - which I'm so thankful for!! I don't check my email very frequently and would've missed out on this tea if not for them reaching out to me directly! I'm so thankful to Autumn who processed my order and helped me snag this tea! It really made my day!! Now, onto how yummy these teas are! The Peanut Butter Kiss Cookie tea is AMAZING - so sweet and peanut buttery with a hint of chocolate - I've always wanted to try a peanut butter tea and it was exactly what I was hoping it'd be! I think I have a new favorite dessert tea! I also bought German Chocolate Cake, Fat Elvis choco + banana and Salted Caramel Drop and they are ALL wonderful! They are true masters of tea blending!! I love how many rooibos dessert teas there are because it's so hard to find caffeine free teas that are also sweet and tasty! Anyway, I have a new favorite tea company! I can't wait to order more!!!!
