The place is amazing. Excellent people, and excellent personality. They are also following the mask and glove procedure to the letter. The fiery wrap is absolutely phenomenal. Demolished the sandwich, and challenge. The challenge is not to be taken lightly. The afterburn is not to be messed with.
One of the worst sandwiches I ever had. I tried the cheesesteak. It was flat as a pancake, no cheese, a few scraps of meat. They had the audacity to put in mushrooms instead. No seasoning. Obviously cutting corners. I felt bad for them and bought a $5 brownie sold to me as "soft," which I suspected was very undercooked. It was, indeed, undercooked. Tasted weird too. The label says the brownie business is an "unlimited llc". It can't be both, and it's probably neither. The "food" came back to haunt me the next day. This place is wrong.
The food was great. And the environment and courtesy of the owner were superb. I will recommend this eatery to everyone
Place a takeout order. Guy over the phone seemed a little on unprofessional. When I picked it up the lady was very nice. Order the mozzarella sticks french fries and a Philly cheese steak. All were average. Fries weren't salted mozzarella sticks were okay. Philly cheese steak wasn't bad but it seems like they over buttered the bread. Great drunk food but compared to the rest of New Orleans average at best.
Came with two friends and we all ordered the Philly cheesesteak. Only took about 15 minutes or so for the lady at the grill to have them ready for us. Talking among ourselves we constantly mentioned how good the food tasted and how we were definitely coming back here. Would definitely recommend.
I'm torn, bc mine and my friend's food was good, well-priced, the portions were generous, and the service was friendly. However, if you're going to have a kitchen in full view of the customers, make sure that it's somewhat clean. The whole place, front and back of house appears to be in serious need of a deep cleaning.
Great Food and Great Service. I ate there often when I was going to college. They knew what I always ordered, a "half & half" which is a half shrimp and half oyster po-boy. The Maple feast is excellent. The Jambalaya is FLAVORFUL and proceed with caution because it is HOT! SPICY!! Dine in is probably best, food is hot and fresh from the open kitchen.
great food and excellent service. all the delivery people are prompt and professional and the owners/workers are about the nicest people you'll ever meet. i've been going there since i lived around the corner many moons ago in 2000. highly recommended...
I ate the brisket plate with jambalaya and bread.. it was great.. but I feel they need to upgrade, they use the microwave way too much and some of the food u can taste the microwave.
