Fayette County Community Action Agency

Community Action Services were great today and very helpful and informative. They also assisted with both my parents. I am very grateful for these types of services in Fayette County because they are needed from the elderly down to the babies. Do yourself a favor and familiarize yourself with the different types of services provided by the agency.

Many different organizations within the community action building some are able to be helpful faster than others. They have budgets and requirements just like any other agencey so keep an open mind when seeking help they may or may not be able to provide the assistance you need but are willing to point you in another direction if they can not.

Some of the staff are helpful some are not. I had to pick up paperwork for my clients.

Not helpful with emergency situations and dont call expecting to talk to someone

Not very help with resources and outcomes to those who are in need of immediate assistance... Some staff is very rude to clients
