Friendly caring staff, the case workers will do anything to help those that aren't on drugs and willing to help themselves. If you need food, shelter, electricity, or referrals, these people will help you. Everyone has hard times sometimes, there is no shame in needing help.

Does the bidding of Nursing Homes, Ignoring the well founded abuse although many families complain. Childish, immature uneducated and unknowledgeable about laws, policies, etc. Take advantage of the poor, taking their rights, and then claim you have to have a lawyer to get your rights back. Dictate to Ombudsmen so that they do not report abuse just to keep their job. Want people to bow down to them or they do not like you, and make decisions against you with no legal basis whatsoever. Stare at women's breasts, hateful, angry people who hang up on you. Want you to take their abuse and illegally retaliate if you report them. Dhhr complaint (800) 642-8589. Record your complaint as DHHR says bad things about you so the complaint center will harass, be angry at you or hang up on you, repeating the abuse of DHHR's childish behavior. All parties involved are crooked, breaking the law, further punishing the patient. Oh, and did I mention their incompetence, inability to do their job?

They are idiots. My girlfriend has her food stamps cut off every other month bc they are to stupid or lazy to do their jobs. I told her she should call a lawyer or better buisness bureau or something. They shouldnt get away with what they are doing to people.
