Fayetteville Environmental Services

There were times when I was completely satisfied with the service I receive from Environmental Services, however, of late, it seems my neighbors and I are left with trashcans overflowing because for some ungodly reason, the collectors forget about our little neighborhood of 7 houses. Today seems to be one of the days we were forgotten, and I can't get environmental services on the phone. Come on guys, you have got to do better...and the sad part is my neighborhood is located one block from the environmental services garage.

This morning, I watched a man driving a trash truck clean up trash before emptying the trash can. Mind you the can was knocked over and trash was everywhere. I never seen anyone do that before today. Thanks Phil you're superstar in my book!
