Fazoli’s offers great value for decent quality food. The classic sampler is enough food for more the one person honestly and tasted good. The pizza is normally good but depending on timing can be a bit dry/burnt. Breadsticks are tasty and similar to Olive Garden. Great lunch optionRecommended dishesLunch Special, Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo, 2 Breadsticks
Food was good. It's sad that the prices got so high.. Does not include pizza in the all you can eat pasta anymore. Service was great!Food: 3/5
Food was mediocre. Super runny pasta sauce. Got food super fast but it was so incredibly scalding you could tell it was high power microwaved. The bread sticks and Alfredo sause were the most exciting things about the meal. Service was great however.Food: 3/5
Staff was friendly food was good and filling. I was really nervous about fast food italian when a friend suggested it. Bread sticks are better than olive gardens. Chicken Parm was surprisingly yummy. Atmosphere is fast food joint. Staff was attentive. Would be 500 lbs if a daily diner but a nice comfort food spot if wanting a full belly without an empty wallet.
Tonight we got the baked sampler with lasagne, spaghetti and meatball and Alfredo noodles. This came with 2 breadsticks. This was an exceptional value, as there was enough for both of us. They provided crushed red peppers and grated parmesan packets. This was pretty good for fast food! I was amazed at the portion versus price point. I also would rate the spaghetti and Alfredo up there with Olive Garden so far as taste. This location has a very friendly staff and the inside is very clean. They are proficient in the drive thru and their ladies room was very clean as well. I will keep them in mind when I want a pasta dish fast- those breadsticks are always the best!!
Wasn’t great. Spent over $30 for two meal deals - BF got the Grand Sampler and it came out lukewarm. Their meat sauce is very sweet more like a pizza sauce these days. I got the baked chicken broccoli penne, which wasn’t bad. Service was great both at the register and the table we dined in, but the food is meh these days.
The staff seem friendly, the food is not bad for what it is and price. The chicken Parm is very good. The meatballs are a little dry but okay to snack on. The bread sticks are even better then olive gardens. The restaurant is clean and well kept .Food: 4/5
Nice clean restaurant. Good service. Good food. Great location, minutes from the Interstate. Very affordable prices. Many restaurants had increase their prices throughout the years. When what I can remember, Frazoli has remained somewhat unchanged except for look and menu.
I went to Fazoli's to get the all you can eat pasta. I was told they stopped doing it about a year ago, because someone at another location abused it. I agree that whoever abused this wonderful menu item is a real piece of ---- and should be banned, but the rest of us who played by the rules should not be penalized, too.
Well I walk in it's a very nice place I tell the young lady I have never been there she gives me a number 28 and says put it at the table so I go and put it at the table proceed to sit there 20-30 minutes and she comes and says oh you need to order I did that come to find out there was a Karen that literally came in act like she was one person and then brought 30 people in and took over brought in a gentleman with a handicap wheelchair and he proceeded to tell me oh did we block you in yeah you did the crazy part is I go until the young lady her name was supposed to be faith there was nothing about faith very unprofessional and tells me oh we don't control where people sit but you have a seat of 30 come in and take over a family of two who had never been there before so would I ever eat at this restaurant again hell no do y'all need to work on your customer service yes so different than Olive Garden you say if you dine in you get unlimited bread will you only brought me four pieces of your bread and did not come back to check on us why because I was black my husband is Mexican and this is a white restaurant in Westerville I don't accept it and I'll never be there again
