Good food for fast food and the price. And the customer service is outstanding!

Very friendly staff, good service, accurate order and satisfied with overall experience. We usually try to come here for the Monday or Tuesday special they have for kids eating for $0.99 with each adult meal and are always really happy with our experience and the food. Kids love the bread sticks. Will definitely keep coming back.

I have not been to Fazoli's in years but decided a break stick is what I needed in life. The bread sticks were great but the customer service was even better. Lou was the main person I interacted with. She was sweet and so inviting. Definitely made me feel like I was at home!

Lou was fantastic...awesome service and great personality! She even had hot breadsticks out to us without us even having to ask which is a huge positive for my breadstick loving son! Food was great as usual!
