Very friendly when you're purchasing. Thereafter, completely non-existent. Left messages at least 3 times. Emailed through their website. Complete radio silence. Extremely disappointing.
Noone in my area would call me back after an old Napoleon fireplace quit working for us in a house we bought a year ago. Called Federal and a tech was out only after a short time in a busy time of year; fixed my simple issue and now the cats, and I, are happy. Thanks Jeff! Recommended!

Had our wood burning fireplace converted to a gas fireplace this past winter. They ran the gas line and installed everything in one day. Everything came out perfect. This fireplace was the highlight of our winter! Very professional, fair pricing, reliable company. Would highly recommend.
