We purchased a vent free unit and now use our fireplace more than ever before. Customer service in the store was great and the installers were prompt and efficient. I would highly recommend Federal Fireplace

We Purchased gas fireplace over a year ago, went back for help on a simple remote matter and get help in buying a new fireplace insert for our second fireplace, but oh man what a poor customer care and respect or lack there of we got. What a shame here I am about to spend another $1000 and got treated like a beggar. Thank God however she did me a big favor, I found the same insert at LOWES for 1/3 of the price. So needless to say I will never shop there nor will i brag about them to any one else. that was Saturday October 7 2017 .

There's a time in every man's life when you need help with something he knows nothing about. I knew nothing about all the new technology in fireplaces and barbecues. If you want straight answer to your questions I found Peter and his staff knowledgeable with integrity.

Purchased gas logs and new fireplace doors before Christmas. Informed that installation would be at 9 am on Monday after Christmas. At 8:50 am received a call from the installation tech saying he was on his way. Installation took two hours. Tech was extremely careful and diligent about removing the old gas logs without creating a mess. New logs were installed and fully functional without any hitches. The Tech was outstanding - knowledgable, personable, very patient with all my varied questions, etc. I hope the installation of the doors is as smooth once they come it. Very satisfied so far.

Asked them a question regarding gas fire place. Didn't buy it from them would not even let the question be completely asked...
