Federal Transfer Center

I was very impressed when I called, they answered very promptly. After reading the comments, I was worried I won't receive the info I needed. I'm sure it can get very hectic at a place like this. God bless all the staff.

Understanding that this is a huge facility and probably understaffed; I would like to say something positive concerning officer Ortiz who should be commended for his over-the-top customer service. He is an individual who cares and should be an example to all personnel. Patience will succeed in the long run.

I called hundred times noone answers going to have to do something more now inmates are complaning of officers going with other inmates in closed doors so this is illegal now watch what happens so sad they cant even protect inmates smh
