Ordered a $500 package. Was delivered to the wrong address despite my confirmation email having the correct address. Basically told it wasn't FedEx problem. And we wonder why Jeff Bezos is worth $200 billion....... this is why

Called about a delivery to ensure it would arrive by the end of day scheduled delivery date and was told it was guaranteed delivery only for it to not to show up. Status wasn't updated until 7:40 pm stating it wouldn't arrive. Not the first time this has happened. Dealing with FedEx is an absolute nightmare 100% of the time.

Ordered an item from Lowes and fedex is delivering it. It has been sitting in a truck for over a week and not being delivere. We call daily and are told that ut is coming tomorrow....for a week. Frustrating! Also an employee named Emilio hung up on us when we called and inquired unreal!
24 minutes away from this and they can't ship my packages. Have to wait 2 weeks for them to deliver and don't even get them.
I'd rather prefer to give 0 stars. I've been waiting for this package all day. They did not attempt a delivery I've been home all day looking out the window and customer service was 0 help!
Been waiting for a month for delivery. Every day is a different story. In transit, on the truck for delivery, unable to deliver, delivery restrictions. Fedex is such a lousy company with THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN ALL THE INDUSTRIES. YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED!
