I love this location. Every time I walk in here I am helped and do not have to go searching for anyone because they greet you and ask what you need immediately. They have helped me so much even when I call confused about something. I will only go to this location just because of the staff

Bad customer service. They are busy chatting while you wait around for someone to attend to you. Also noticed one staff member without a mask despite the fact that the city has an indoor mask mandate. Will avoid this one in the future.

Consistently the worst customer service of the FedEx Stores in Philly - Today agent long braids literally clocks out 6 minutes before close with a line of people and only one other person working . Extraordinarily rude every time I end up at this location .

The posted Express pickup time on the Fedex website for this location was 7 p.m., I arrived with a time-sensitive legal filing at 6:50 to learn from staff still inside the store that the actual final pickup time was 6:00 and the store was closed. Please post correct information so that customers can plan accordingly.

One of the worst of the worst customer service I have ever encountered with. The black gal with the glasses and big pimples at the front desk was super rude and unprofessional. Employees like her make FedEx look bad. I’m never going back again! Awful environment and awful employee!!!

I received very courteous and professional care here. The manager, Ricky, and staffer Erica were quick, efficient and helpful. They were also kind. I am grateful to them for making an important aspect of my trip to Philadelphia easy.
