The FedEx team at 3329 M St NW are fantastic! Heather (the manager) runs a wonderful group and has been incredibly helpful to me on numerous occasions. Christy has gotten me out of a bad shipping jam I had gotten myself into. Chanel has also been helpful. Barbara is a true all star. Not only is she extremely knowledgeable on all things fedex and is reliable and dependable, but she also is an incredibly lovely person with amazing customer service skills!!

I want to thank Barbara and Heather for great serves! I'm going to this location to print 24x36 drawings usually and they have been always nice to me, fast and professional! Barbara always greed new walked in customers and guid them between shipping and printing registers. She is well knowledgeable about store equipment and was explaining me all printing steps. She is always respectful, friendly and kind. Heather always busy in the back (wrapping packages and all kind of other work), but in the same time keeping one eye on the front, so no one employee or costumer would be left without help. Thank you very much!

Heather (manager) and Christy are amazing. I brought in a hand-crafted manuscript (half hand-written, half typed on an old-fashioned typewriter) compiled by an 80+ yr old woman in memory of her late husband. The pages were a mixture of his handwritten poems, some photos, her handmade cover artwork, etc). In short, I never thought it would be "doable" to turn it into a booklet. But Heather and Christy did an amazing job organizing it, printing and spiral binding it, suggesting how to get two of the originals on one sheet, recommending the appropriate weight for the cover, etc. They even cleaned up a lot of the smudges on the original... and recommended bulk quantity discounts, which saved me money over coupons, etc. All in all an extremely positive experience with a stellar team that did a superb job on a difficult project.

It says it’s open from 8:00 to 6:00 on Saturday, but that’s false because when you get here, there’s a sign on the door reading, “Will return in 15 minutes.” Of course, it turns out to be much longer than 15 minutes, and you have to leave before they “open.” Poorly operated. Staffed by and managed by a rank imbecile.
