I was just there to pick up a business package because: 1. FEDEX doesn't deliver to PO Boxes 2. Could not tell me that the nearby store location I asked for it to be re-routed to doesn't accept packages 3. It took another phone agent to tell us we would have been able to re-route to another location nearby that DOES accept packages, but since we could not get that info from them in a timely fashion, I only had that same day to hurry and get my package from their main location all the way in town. There were 3 people ahead of me when I got there. Pretty fast to get to the counter and back out; about 10 mins. Be sure to have your tracking numbers and a valid ID when retrieving your packages.

If you miss your delivery and have the slip they leave, you can go here to pick up your item, provided the driver has returned from his route. This is their airport terminal where their planes pull up. This is also FedEx Express, although you could probably ship Ground from here at their counter. Service as expected, not necessarily friendly, but professional, competent and efficient.

Extremely frustrating experience - driver returned package to the delivery center saying we "no longer live at the address" not true and the tracking says "delivery refused" but nobody was home at the time to even refuse. The delivery center calls at 5:30AM to verify address why not the day of attempted delivery? the next day, and the number they leave in the voicemail goes to the mainline at a call center, who says the package is being returned to sender. I asked to speak directly to the person from the facility that left the message, and they say that's not possible. Absolutely frustrating.

I constantly have problems with FedEx. This shipment in the photo was heavy, very high value, and they threw it over my fence, and there was no signature. I just had another express delivery, and apparently the driver signed my name on a signature required item no one was home, and we cannot locate the parcel. Another issue was another expensive package that was left outside my gate, right on the a main road, also when I was not home. Use USPS for Hawaii. They’re much more reliable.

Crazy how you pay for 2 day service and it sits at a sort facility in the destination city for three days. It only took one day for it to arrive in the destination city but 3 days to be sorted and delivered. At that speed I could have just used USPS and probably gotten it sooner.

Long line but went fast. Excellent rapport with customers and quick delivery. I have no complaints about their service.

Usually FedEx does a good job delivering packages to my house. However, today was the total worst. The driver left my package sitting on the hood of one of my cars. It was less than 10 feet from the road. Anyone could have grabbed it and walked off without anyone knowing. I just don't understand what kind of driver leaves a package on the hood of a car. No knocking on the door, no use of the horn to let someone in the house know we have a package. Nothing. Just left it there and drove off. Totally unprofessional and lazy. Makes me want to refuse to have my packages sent via FedEx.

this isn't the first time i have difficulty with FukEx. They try to deliver when you are not hone then tells you they will deliver next day at specific time when you will be home. Later, they try to deliver same time of day when you are not home. My response always is " leave it at the airport. I pick it up" why am I paying for delivery when I have to drive there and pick it up!
