FedEx Ship Center

I paid for 2 day shipping 4 days ago and my package has not left the shipping center yet. I’m unable to get status as to when it will be shipped and can’t seem to talk to anyone. Horrible customer service ,, would not recommend Fed Ex to anyone! Telling everyone I know .

How do I contact this locations office? I received a package and also came home to my door having blown open and breaking due to the delivery driver shoving the box in between my two front doors. And my front step railing was also broken and laying in the shrubbery.

The ladies working there were really nice considering how super busy they were. I thought the office was very small for such a busy place especially during Covid times. I suppose there is not much they can do.

If you have a return with a bar code that needed to be scanned for FedEx to print your shipping label, DO NOT go here. They can't scan it. You need to go to a FedEx Office Store to get it print out.

Just your average ordinary fdx ship center hit or miss based on who's at front counter, bring your patience
