One of my favorite departments stores in Dubai. I love it for the shopping of perfumes specially. They have a lot of clothes, makeup, shoes and bags brands. The store have couple of floors. The staff there are so helpful and professional in dealing with clients and visitors

Staff are good , friendly , they will respect that you need time to walk around and have a look here and there , no pushing on buying stuff , hope they open a big store separately out of the mall as getting to dubai mall some days quite hard , nice experience, success buy

Went to bloomingdales Dubai mall today. I was looking for some fragrances with a friend. Then this super humble guy named Kamran approached and helped me. He was super friendly, nice and kind. He was very patient guiding and explaining the fragrances. I was one of the satisfied customer. Well done.
