I filled a form to cancel my monthly parking at their office in Feb. However, I was still charged in March. I called the Manager Jonathan, and he told me they couldn't find the cancellation form I filled. And he didn't even feel sorry about the fact that it's absolutely their fault to lose my cancellation form!!!
