Fenwick Place Apartments

Very quiet compared to most apartments I've lived in previously. The grounds are kept clean and the staff is great! The front office solves any issue I've had very quickly and professionally. This is exactly the neighborhood I wanted to be in. Close to restaurants and things to do. The dog park is very nice to have on property.

Fenwick is a great place to live in Louisville! Staff is amazing and cares for all of the residents. Apartments are cozy and updated. Have not had any issues living here!

An amazing place to live. Repairs and maintenance team works really fast. Kim and Kathy always make sure we’re taken care of. Overall love living here and hope to be apart of the community for awhile

The apartments are spacious and well kept. The apartment staff treat you like family and do activities to keep you involved. I love it here!!!

Fenwick Apartments have been great! As nervous as I was moving across the country... Fenwick Management made that move very easy. The greenery here is amazing and very clean. Staff is great and always come on time! Apts are also very spacious which I love as a student
