Terrible customer service. I had a very large order for new construction. They not only screwed up my order, they were rude and they didn't return my phone calls. It has been a super frustrating experience.

Worst store to go to. Very rude. Lady at front desk has an attitude. We walked in the door and she started with rude comments. Dont know if its a jersey thing or just her but i spend around 100k-150k a year with Ferguson in my houses. This will change now.

Incredible customer service. Jaime helped me find a chandelier that would fit my custom glass shades this morning over the phone and over email. I could not be happier. If you have lighting needs whether residential or commercial, there is no other place you should go.

Hours on google and on their door are incorrect this location was closed well before 5pm on Saturday
