The owners of this business are incredibly rude and continuously harass their neighbors. We’ve video recorded the owners yelling at our dogs, staring down our employees, and have dealt with continuous harassment. I would not recommend doing business with them as their behavior is indicative they offer poor customer service.
Called with some initial questions about surveying residential property. They spent almost an hour with me on the phone answering my questions and doing some research to point me in the right direction before even recommending their own services. Great experience, highly knowledgeable.
I was a woman alone at my house with the porch door open for my dog to have access to our yard when I heard breaking branches right outside my window and saw a man creeping around in my landscaping. Turns out he was a surveyor from Ferguson who gave me no notice before coming on our property for some survey job for our neighbors. He said most of what I had heard him breaking in my landscaping were just ivy vines--a ridiculous statement since he was climbing up a steep and sensitive area that I struggle to keep dirt and protective greenery on by hauling himself up by the branches of my trees and bushes. And I shudder to think what would have happened if my dog had found him sneaking around on our property before I had. After I chased him off our property he came back with the written notice he was apparently supposed to give us before setting foot on our property that gives him the right to trespass if our neighbor gets a survey, and said he would leave for the day and would come back later. I would think twice before hiring a business who clearly violates the rules that give them access to adjacent properties and who has no respect for taking care of how they do the work. If they do destroy your landscaping as they did mine, you are entitled to be compensated, including the cost to have a professional handle it, for a minimum of $100 and more if you can show more damage.
I called to get information about getting my property boundary located for my home in Portland. They were so helpful. You should make the call.
