Very unprofessional. Told them the day before I needed a taxi at 7am. I called at 8 am to see what the hold up is. He said he was just getting ready to wash up. It's 841, no one is here yet. I called Beeline. They arrived promptly and charged me less money.

I don't know quite where to start. This experience was just that bad. Driver arrived later that quoted, was totally unprofessional. She spent the entire time on her cell phone, louldly cackling; while listening to urban rap. The van had a weird smell, and I could tell hadn't been cleaned that day. While the fare was a reasonable price, the experience was beyond sub par. I hope I never have to use this company again. I'd rather walk.

Our family used them 3 different times after our vehicle broke down. They came quickly when called, on time when scheduled and very courteous! Rate was very reasonable.
