Love Ferrell Air! If I could give Stan more I would! We just had a start up service on both of our swamp units a few weeks ago by a different company and they missed an important detail. Stan knew right away it was a water line that had too much calcium built up & had to be cleaned out. I'm a happy camper now everything is working beautiful! Thank you Stan and Tina
Stan went above and beyond to help purchase and replace our mini split heat pump which was only 5 years old.. His communication was fantastic, his willingness to go the extra mile to obtain a fair price and the speed at which he obtained and installed was quicker than we expected. 5 enthusiastic stars! I had three quotes and theirs was the best by quite a bit. They were able to perform the work well before their competors could, and they did a great job - arriving on time and finishing earlier than promised. The system operates flawlessly!
I needed my air conditioner repaired and they fit me in today and was here within a half hour! Stan did a great job! Air is working good.. Stan was very nice and professional! I would highly recommend this company !!
Ferrell was quick to respond to our AC unit problem and did a thorough install. Old unit died Thursday, onsite Friday, new install Monday. They also updated some of our ductwork in our 1979 built house to better cool the back of a couple rooms that had poor air delivery, for a very reasonable cost adder. Would use them again.
Ferrell Air was great with our malfunctioning mini split unit. Fast response, worked with us about warranty issues to get us a better unit at a great price and then installed on a hot day!

WOW WOW WOW! What an incredible company FerrellAir is!!! My heating system totally stopped working. I got a quote from larger local company and they wanted more than twice as much as FerrellAir. Stan from FerrellAir came to my house and quickly had a quote for me. They even drive to Phoenix to pick up the heating unit I needed. Stan is smart and a deeply good man and kept everything running. The 3 men installing it: Darren, Matt and Fran worked so hard and even beyond the scope of the job to make everything work out. It was fantastic working with a company with employees are so competent and smart coming up with great solutions making it all work. I highly recommend FerrellAir with all my heart. Wonderful to have local company with such high old fashioned ideals!
Had a minor issue with my furnace. They came right out and fixed it. Very pleased with their prompt service.
