Ferris just finished a complete overhaul of our kitchen. It was a great experience. Joel, our guide for the process, was wonderful working with us every step of the way. Finding answers to what we wanted when we didn't even know. And always looking out for our choices so that the final product was beautiful. All the people working for /with Ferris are well trained, knowledgeable and polite. The spoke with me very day and sought my comments. The place was left very clean every evening. I was amazed by how clean they left my house. At the end there was a short punch list of to do items. (I was an engineer for 40 years and know all big projects have punch lists at the end) Those who had to do items on the list made appointments and showed up on tome with a smile even if it only required a few minutes of work. Joel worked with us on appliances and flooring when we found stuff not carried by their normal suppliers. And allowed for changes if we had a change of mind along the way.

From start to finish working with Ferris Home Improvements was a great experience! From the friendly people at the front desk to the staff on the floor they always went out of their way to ensure we were taken care of. Debbie took the time to understand exactly what we wanted for our Kitchen remodel project. She remained engaged throughout the process and made herself available whenever we had a question (and we had many). Chuck and the installation team were top-notch! They arrived on time every day, were neat and put-up with our two crazy dogs. The workmanship and quality of the installation exceeded our expectations. We now have the kitchen we always wanted and our friends and family are amazed when they see it. Highly recommend Ferris Home Improvements and looking forward to working with them for our other home improvement projects.

Austin our salesman was awesome! He was straight forward, honest, and knowledgeable. He didn’t play any games. We had Ferris put a new roof on our house and it looks fantastic. They use top of the line high quality materials and the workmanship was on point. Great price as well. Very competitive. I highly recommend Ferris Home Improvements if you’re looking at getting a new roof.

My experience with Ferris has been great so far from the first phone call , to the completion of phase 1 of our home projects. Our consultant Michael did a great job explaining everything. Our project manager was awesome and yesterday had the pleasure of meeting Chris Cole, Jimmy Keith and Tom who did their respective jobs regarding the rakes and the doors. All of them did a wonderful job. I am waiting my next experience with Ferris!!! Al & Sharon Vietri

We just finished a kitchen remodel and we are so thrilled with how it turned out. We had ideas about what we wanted to do but working with Tina was so helpful. She had so many good suggestions and also made us aware of things we never would have thought of. She quickly realized what our tastes were and was right on point with recommendations. Chuck who was our project manager did a great job of explaining what they would be doing. Chuck gave us an itemized schedule for each day showing us what work would be done so we knew what to expect. All of the contractors were very professional and always cleaned up before leaving for the day. Everything was done on time and done beautifully. We would definitely recommend Ferris Home Improvements to our friends and family. All of the staff is friendly and very professional.
