OUR STAFF

George Chavanne - I was born and raised in Philadelphia. I attended public schools throughout my academic career. I received my Real Estate schooling from Temple University. I have previously worked for the Four Seasons Hotels company where I learned a great deal about client service and satisfaction. I believe this has benefited my Real Estate career. I personally believe that at William Festa Realty, I have found a company that holds the same standards that are found at The Four Seasons (a Fortune 500 company). The personal attention and service that I give to my clients has been cultivated by my mentor William Festa. I know if you have any Real Estate needs,you can feel confident to receive personal attention and a professional experience from my company and myself.

Steve Finney - Steve has over forty years experience in the real estate industry. For many of those years, he was broker/owner of his own real estate company. Additionally, he has taught hundreds of real estate seminars all across the nation. He was twice named Realtor of the Year by his local Association of Realtors. 1n 1995, he served as President of the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors. He also served ten years on the Board of Directors of the National Association of Realtors. He also was President of his local Chamber of Commerce, and chaired the Pennsylvania Wetlands Protection Coalition. With this vast experience, he is uniquely qualified to handle your every real estate need no matter how complex or difficult.

Nancy Festa - Nancy is the Office Administrator. She was administrative assistant to her husband Bill Festa since the early 1990’s and together they opened William Festa Realty in June of 2003. She is responsible for the day to day operation of the business as well as office and systems management. She provides support to the agents and interacts with clients in an effort to make each transaction and relationship successful. Nancy lives in Aston, is the mother of 4 daughters and is active at her church, Calvary Temple of Philadelphia. She enjoys spending time with family and friends and she is an avid Philly sports fan.
