Very great service and communication. As you can see my dog chewed the arm up on the leather couch. When I received my couch, it looked like the original couch 20 years old. Very good communication, as they emailed me every step of the way with all the information as they were repairing it. Unfortunately, I will be needing their services again, as my dog chewed at the seam of one of the seats.
This company not only was very communicative throughout the whole process, but ended up picking up my couch with a lot of damage early and return it within a couple days! The couch is better than when I first got it handed down from family and could not have had a better experience. Note: you have to take the furniture in an out of your home for liability concerns, which we are younger so that was not an issue for us. Attached is the before and after
Fibrenew made my 20 year old leather sofa and chairs look like they were just off the showroom floor - including installing new foam for the seat cushions and cushion backs as well as performing leather conditioning and color correction. They were super easy to work with and completed the work in a timely and professional manner. I cannot say enough about their services!
Stephanie and Warren were fabulous to work with. From the first phone call to the very end of the project they were very professional. Stephanie provided great communication throughout every stage of the process. Our furniture refurbishment far exceeded our expectations. They refurbished out 16 year old Natuzzi sofa, loveseat and chair. We would highly recommend their work to anyone.
The Fibrenew team was wonderful to work with and so flexible! They recovered and repaired a leather ottoman restoring it back to like-new condition!

EXCELLENT!! We needed a mechanical repair for our recliner. They came out to see the problem within a day, ordered the part on the same day, and came and fixed the chair 2 days later. They were quick, clean and priced SUPER reasonably! GREAT people!! Wonderful customer service!
