If you want a company that does not treat you with respect, drinks YOUR alcohol on the job and leaves open cans in your backyard, puts thousands of dollars worth of power tools uncovered in your backyard for two weeks, lacks any and all professionalism, shows up late, will not communicate I am leaving this comment because the owner has chosen not to respond to any of my concerns, leaves trash behind, doesn’t even attempt to sell multiple high value items, because his crew is lazy, doesn’t close the garage after themselves so items get stolen out of your garage and then tells you to find receipts of said items to prove that I bought them… don’t worry, I have those, too, Bo! sells items that they were told not to sell, has multiple conversations about wearing masks and then has employees enter your house without masks, left their OWN mess in my house and told me that I had to PAY to have it removed AND filled up my garbage cans multiple times so I cannot take my own garbage out, and generally does only half of what was promised while the owner bad mouths you to his employees don’t worry, it was recorded on camera then this is the company for you! Too bad I can’t add the videos! Edited to also add that he will not return my storage keys and when I tried contacting him, he told me to “have a nice day” and hung up on me. This company did not provide me with any kind of inventory list as promised either.

After losing a family member and needing to handle the estate and clear out remaining belongings, it became very overwhelming. I found Fidelity Estate Services, and from the first phone call, I knew they were the ones I would trust to help me with this. Everyone there was friendly, compassionate, respectful and very organized. The entire staff was amazing, and the auction went very smooth. Bo is a great auctioneer, mixing humor with business and almost everything sold in a matter of a few hours. I would recommend them to anyone needing this service. I give a big thank you to Bo, Kelsee and the entire staff!

It was a delight to work Fidelity Estate Services. They were very professional, polite and informative. They followed through with all the details and did exactly what was promised. I have been to quite a few of Fidelity Estate Services sales over the past few years. I am consistently impressed with the level of professionalism by Bo and his team. They do an excellent job to showcase items for sale, explain how the auction process works, get bidders checked in, and move through the bidding. They treat everyone fairly and with respect. I also love that they have fun throughout the sale! I have recommended their services to others and will continue to do so in the future.

The first time I found Fidelity Estate Services was probably about two or three years ago. I saw an auction of theirs that had some items that I was interested in. From the very first auction I attended I thought they were very well put together and not only professional but very personable. At the beginning of their auctions they Raise the American flag and say the Pledge of Allegiance. They also recognized people who have served in our Armed Forces which I think says a lot about their character. They’re very upfront, honest and explain the process very clearly. They are very careful to ensure a good overall experience. I have continued to attend their Auctions ever since. I have purchased everything from Art to automobiles and Bo Patrick and Fidelity Estate Services have been great. Not only is it a great place for buyers to get good deals but I also have to say I think they do a really great job for their clients. Compared to other auctions I have been to and I’ve been to a lotI think they advertise, display, and overall take great care to do the best for their clients. They’ve been doing this a very long time and it shows. My nine-year-old son and I have hit almost every auction we can get to and I’d say on an auction level we’ve gotten to kind of be friends with Bo and the crew. All in all it’s always a good time. There are some great deals to be had and they really have the best quality auction items. I definitely recommend Bo Patrick and the Fidelity Estate Services team not only as a buyer but if you are looking to sell an estate or get an appraisal don’t hesitate to give them a call. Bo and his crew at Fidelity Estate Sales strive to offer great, quality products for their customers. They offer great customer service and I highly recommend them as I have been very satisfied with the items that I have been fortunate enough to win when bidding. Bo worked with me when a purchase had a hidden flaw that was not noticeable until taken home. They are wonderful and would not hesitate making purchases from them.

I have worked with Fidelity Estate Services on a few occasions, both as a buyer and a seller, and I have been pleased with each experience. Their sales are run professionally and handled respectfully, and as a seller, I can say they are obtaining great prices for their product. Bo and Kelsee are clear and concise and and have kept me well informed throughout the process and there's no hidden surprises with them. Their sales are fun to attend, and full of great product. When I have sold with them, I'm paid almost immediately after the sale concludes, and I'd definitely hire them again if need be. I'd highly recommend working with Fidelity, you won't be disappointed!

I would highly recommend Fidelity Estate Services for anyone that needs to sell off their possessions in a quick and efficient manner. Kelsee was very proficient and helpful through the entire process. She was attentive to our needs and ensured we were comfortable each step of the way. Bo is an excellent auctioneer and did a great job ensuring the items were auctioned off at the highest price possible. Karen who has been working with them for 30+ years did a terrific job reconciling the transactions and we had our money the following day. It was an easy, seamless process. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Bo Patrick placed a number of my items in online auctions for other clients. He admitted he was in error but only paid me a fraction of the money he received for my items. I NEVER received a full accounting and Bo admitted this but refused to provide the paperwork.
