No local phone listed. When you call the 800 number you get put on hold for hours. During this Pandemic time, we need to get some simple answers like if the branch is open and how to we enter the branch etc., but we cannot get anyone to answer those simple questions.
Front desk guy was very clear and friendly. Comfy waiting area with candy and refreshments too.
Terrible customer service, sketchy policies.
