They have one, maybe two, workers out front and the line goes out the door. Service is incredibly slow. Not sure why they have such a big office and no one to service customers!

Omg hire people, line is unbelievable, service is slow , instead of having huge office without workers rent smaller facility with more people so your customers won’t run away from you!!!
Mr Gilroy too busy to sit with me even though place was empty. Poor follow up when I did transfer money to an account. I still have not received a statement even though Money in an account x 6 weeks?
