Called their customer service 800 # at least 10 different times and was on hold for up to 25 - 45 minutes !! Never was able to talk a single person. Only reason for the 2 stars is I finally went a Fidelity office, and the CSR guy was great, answered all my questions, and helped with some of my 401K questions.
They cannot be bothered to answer their own branch telephones, instead flushing customers into the endless void I'll central customer support where they will wait on hold for hours and be hung up on.
